HR Operating Model is usually defined as the way HR organisation functions and delivers its services. Many of our customers are implementing new HR technology and also ask about the influence it has on their operating models. In this presentation I've collected ideas and recommendations for HR experts, who consider changes in their operating model. There's no one "Golden Rule" for operating models and I recommend getting inspiration from different sources.
