Hi, I'm HR advisor living in Germany

I work for SAP SuccessFactors, helping customers create strategic HR transformation roadmaps and build HR business cases. I've been doing HR software consulting for 15 years, designing and delivering HR projects in different industries in Russia and Europe.

Born and raised in Kursk, Russia, I graduated from Kursk State University as a teacher of computer science, but my first real job was about programming and ERP consulting. Since that time I worked as developer, ERP consultant, SAP HCM consultant, project team lead, solution architect and later joined SAP in Moscow as presales expert and HR advisor. In 2014 my wife, son and I moved to Heidelberg, Germany to enjoy warm German winters.
